We strictly adhere to key investment principles:
– A minimum of 15 stocks in the portfolio
– No more than 20% allocation to a single stock

Fund Representative Board

Ms. Nguyễn Lan Phương, ACCA
– Master of Finance from Budapest University of Economic Sciences and Public Administration; Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), UK; Certified Fund Management Practitioner.
– Ms. Lan has over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, having held senior positions at organizations such as Deputy General Director in charge of Finance at PwC Vietnam, Deputy CEO of Techcom Capital, and Head of Financial Planning at Vingroup’s investment arm. She has also worked at international PwC offices in Hungary and Panama in roles responsible for auditing and advising large-scale enterprises.
– She is currently a member of the Board of Directors at Golden Gate Group (CTCP Thương mại Dịch Vụ Cổng Vàng).
 
Mr. Đặng Thế Đức
– Managing Partner of Indochine Counsel;
– Over 18 years of experience in investment and business law in Vietnam;
– Extensive experience advising both domestic and foreign investment funds.
 
Mr. Nguyễn Viết Thịnh, VACPA, ACCA, CIA
Mr. Thịnh brings over 24 years of advisory experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit, Corporate Governance, and ESG in Vietnam and across the region. He is currently CEO and Co-founder of CGS Vietnam, a consulting firm specializing in ESG, Corporate Governance, Internal Audit, and Risk Management. He is also a member of the Credit Rating Committee at FinRatings.
Previously, he served as CEO of the Vietnam Institute of Directors (VIOD), one of the pioneers in promoting corporate governance professionalism in Vietnam. Mr. Thịnh also spent 16 years at PwC Vietnam, where he led Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Sustainability Services in the Hanoi office. He was formerly the Head of the Supervisory Board of a leading Vietnamese food and beverage group.
