More than 500,000 shares of SCIC in the Specialist, Labor and Technical Import-Export JSC were successfully auctioned by Guotai Junan Securities (Vietnam) by public auction and secret ballot.

On April 20, Guotai Junan Securities (Vietnam) Joint Stock Company held an auction of shares of the Expert, Labor and Technical Import-Export JSC by the State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC).

 

The representative of the owner of the transferred capital is Mrs. Tran Thi Hong Linh – Deputy Director of Investment Department 4 SCIC, Chairwoman of the Auction Council. Mrs. Nguyen Lan Hang, the company’s representative with transferred capital, is a standing member of the Administrative Council and Director of the Expert, Labor and Technical Import-Export JSC. On the side of Guotai Junan (Vietnam), there were Mr. Hoang Anh – General Director and Mr. Le Tat Thanh – Head of Investment Banking Department.

 

In this auction, SCIC announced that the total number of shares to be auctioned was 576,810 shares, the starting price was set at VND 60 billion 725 million for the whole lot of shares mentioned above. The auction was attended by two individual domestic investors. Guotai Junan (Vietnam) presided over the auction by publicizing the whole lot and voting by secret ballot under the supervision of the Investor’s representative and the Auction Council.

 

At the end of the auction, SCIC successfully transferred 576,810 shares in Specialist, Labor and Technical Import-Export JSC with a successful auction price of up to 60 billion 729 million VND. The representative of the transferred capital owner and the investor has completed the relevant procedures and determined the disbursement timeline.
