– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Auditing from the National Economics University, Vietnam; ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK) certified.
– Over 10 years of experience in Finance, Banking, and Auditing. Ms. Hoat previously held the position of Chief Accountant at Hue Urban Infrastructure Investment and Development Company, Head of Internal Audit at Vietnam Chemical Finance Company, and various senior roles at Vietbridge Capital, Hoang Gia Securities, KPMG, and Techcombank’s Treasury Division.

Mr. Dang The Duc
Managing Partner of Indochine Counsel – Member of the Representative Board of TCFF
Mr. Duc has more than 20 years of experience in legal practice, focusing on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), foreign investment, business restructuring, capital markets, and other corporate legal matters. He has acted as legal counsel for numerous large funds and foreign investors in Vietnam.
Mr. Duc is also the co-author of the first comprehensive M&A legal guidebook in Vietnam.
