Banking and financial services are among the most critical sectors in Vietnam’s economy, closely aligned with the country’s economic growth. Listed companies in this sector currently account for nearly 40% of the total market capitalization of the VN-Index.
From 2012 to 2022, the average post-tax profit growth of the banking sector outpaced Vietnam’s GDP growth rate by 2 to 3 times.

Fund Representative Board
Ms. Pham Dieu Linh
Ms. Linh holds a Master’s degree in Finance from France and has deep expertise in bond issuance advisory.
With over 10 years of experience in the capital market at Techcombank and Techcom Securities (TCBS), she has been involved in various advisory and execution roles in bond issuance and trading. She has also worked with businesses across sectors such as real estate, manufacturing, banking, and mining.
Mr. Dao Kien Trung
Mr. Trung graduated from Hanoi University with a major in International Law (French stream) and a minor in English.
Since 1999, he has held various key positions at organizations such as Grant Thornton Vietnam, Techcombank, QLQ FPT, and Techcom Asset Management (TAM), with extensive experience in finance, banking, and asset management.
Mr. Tran Viet Thoa
Mr. Thoa has over 20 years of experience in accounting, auditing, finance, and investment.
He spent 9 years at KPMG Vietnam in multiple roles, including Audit Manager. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Sun International Investment and Trading Corporation.
