The report’s purpose is to build a defensive stock portfolio that generates consistent cash dividend income.
Our dividend stocks list includes 11 stocks having a track record of paying out large cash dividends for several years in a row. Specifically, we pick stocks that have a strong business base and cash dividend payouts yield that are more appealing than those of savings accounts or even bond channel. Meanwhile, it retains upside for capital gain from rising market stock prices.
