FROM 10/05/2021, GTJA (VIETNAM) DEVELOPED LOC PHAT PRODUCTS

STT	CRITERIA	POLICY ONLY
1	Conditions for registering Loc Phat products	– Customers who open a new securities account, have registered to use the securities margin trading service and have registered with GTJA (Vietnam) for the use of Loc Phat products after opening a trading account (registered according to the form of GTJA (Vietnam)) from May 10, 2021. – After being approved by GTJA (Vietnam) , Customers will be able to open sub 03, Loc Phat products are used on this sub 03.
2	Validity period of Loc Phat products	From the time the Customer registers and is approved by GTJA (Vietnam) until: –    Expiration of the validity period prescribed by the Company. –    Customer actively cancels the service; –    GTJA (Vietnam) decides to stop (without prior notice) the supply according to the evaluation from time to time, or to expire the limit for the product.
3	Preferential interest rate: Calculated from the date of disbursement to the next 10 working days,	6.8%/year
4	Interest rates begin to adjust after the 10th working day.	14%/year
5	Other conditions	Applied to GTJA (Vietnam) Securities Margin Trading List issued from time to time

 

Note:

After the 10th working day, if the customer has not paid the loan, the customer will bear the Adjusted Interest rate from the next day on the outstanding balance.

In case GTJA (Vietnam) changes the policy of Loc Phat Products, the new policy will apply to transactions and disbursements arising after the time GTJA (Vietnam) announces the change.
