Hanoi, September 27, 2024 – Guotai Junan Securities (Vietnam) Corp. (GTJA (Vietnam)) and Dwell Realty Vietnam have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to leverage the strengths of both parties and expand business opportunities in the finance and investment sectors in Vietnam.

The signing ceremony took place on September 27, 2024, at GTJA (Vietnam)’s headquarters. The event was attended by Mr. Huang Bo, General Director of GTJA (Vietnam), along with the company’s senior leadership team. Representing Dwell Realty Vietnam was Mr. Guo Jun, Director, accompanied by the company’s senior management.

This MOU establishes a cooperative framework between GTJA (Vietnam) and Dwell Realty Vietnam, aiming to maximize the strengths of each party. The goal is to expand market access, increase value for customers, and promote shared business growth.

The main areas of cooperation agreed upon by both parties include:

1. Business opportunity introduction: GTJA (Vietnam) commits to introducing business opportunities relevant to Dwell Realty Vietnam’s field of expertise. In return, Dwell Realty Vietnam will provide professional services to clients referred by GTJA (Vietnam).
2. Investment and underwriting cooperation: Dwell Realty Vietnam will seek and introduce investment opportunities and underwriting deals for GTJA (Vietnam) and its clients in projects related to initial public offerings (IPOs), company listings, investments, mergers and acquisitions, and bond underwriting.
3. Provision of financial services: GTJA (Vietnam) will provide financial, securities, and investment banking services to clients referred by Dwell Realty Vietnam, ensuring comprehensive support for investment and transaction needs.

The MOU between GTJA (Vietnam) and Dwell Realty Vietnam marks a significant step in connecting and leveraging strategic resources. This partnership not only broadens the business scope for both parties but also provides more effective financial and investment solutions for the Vietnamese market.
