To enhance the security and convenience of your trading experience, Guotai Junan Securities (Vietnam) Company Limited is pleased to announce the official launch of OTP delivery via ZNS (Zalo Notification Service) for domestic clients, replacing the previous SMS-based method.

1. Key Advantages of OTP via Zalo ZNS

– Faster and more stable: OTP messages are delivered instantly through the Zalo application.
– Enhanced security: OTPs are sent directly from Guotai Junan (Vietnam)’s verified Zalo Official Account.
– Completely free of charge for clients.

2. Requirements to Receive OTP via ZNS

– Clients must be using the Zalo application on their mobile devices.
– The phone number registered with Guotai Junan (Vietnam) must match the number linked to the client’s Zalo account.

3. Important Notes

– Clients currently using i-OTP will not be affected by this change.
– If clients do not have Zalo installed or their phone number is not linked to a Zalo account, OTPs will continue to be sent via SMS.
– In addition to ZNS messages, OTP codes will also be sent to the registered email address.
– If the ZNS message is not received, the system will automatically resend the OTP via SMS after 15 seconds.
