– By paying a small one-time fee, customers will receive one year of commission-free stock trading. In addition, customers who achieve a trading value or transfer securities to GTJA (Vietnam) with a total value of at least VND 100,000,000 will receive a cash reward of VND 100,000 credited directly to their securities account.
– Customers will also enjoy a special margin lending interest rate of only 5.9% per annum for all margin disbursements during the promotion period, applicable for 90 days.
For the VND 100,000 cash reward and 5.9% margin interest rate offer: Not applicable to deal clients, institutional clients, or foreign investors.

7.1. Eligibility and Participation Requirements
a. Customers must not currently hold an account at GTJA (Vietnam).
b. Customers must complete all account opening documents and submit the registration form for the one-year commission-free trading program.
7.2. Reward Distribution and Applicable Offers
a. Account Opening Offer
After successfully opening an account and completing all required documentation at GTJA (Vietnam), customers may pay a fixed fee of VND 99,000 to receive one year of commission-free stock trading.
Note: A 0.027% exchange-related fee still applies, as this is the statutory fee collected by GTJA (Vietnam) on behalf of the Stock Exchange.
In addition, customers who reach a trading value of VND 100,000,000 or transfer securities to GTJA (Vietnam) with a total value of VND 100,000,000 will receive a VND 100,000 cash reward.
b. Preferential Margin Interest Rate
Customers who successfully open an account and complete all required procedures at GTJA (Vietnam) will receive a preferential margin lending rate of 5.9% per annum for all margin disbursements made during the promotion period (compared to the standard rate of 9.9% per annum), applicable for 90 days.
Note:
The maximum preferential loan balance is capped at VND 1 billion per customer. Once this limit is reached, any additional margin loans will be subject to the prevailing standard interest rate.
If a customer exceeds the VND 1 billion preferential limit during the promotion period, they may choose one of the following interest payment methods:
• Automatic Interest Allocation: The system will automatically apply the corresponding interest rate based on the timing of each loan disbursement.
• Customized Interest Allocation: Customers may proactively select specific loans and preferred repayment methods based on their personal financial needs.
By participating in the Promotion, customers agree that GTJA (Vietnam) may use their images and information related to the Promotion for advertising, marketing, and public communication purposes without any additional compensation.
GTJA (Vietnam) is responsible for accurately determining customer eligibility for rewards.
As the number of promotional gifts is limited, the Promotion may end earlier than scheduled once all gifts have been fully distributed, whichever comes first.
Each securities trading account and each valid identification document (Citizen ID card) may participate in the Promotion only once.
The terms and conditions of this Promotion may be amended from time to time at the sole discretion of GTJA (Vietnam), subject to compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing promotional activities.
