Guotai Junan Securities (Vietnam) respectfully informs our Valued Clients of the Policy on Fees for Extension of Margin Trading Agreements, with the following details:

1. Policy name:
   Policy on Fees for Extension of Margin Trading Agreements.
2. Effective period:
   From December 26, 2025 until further notice or replacement document is issued.
3. Scope and applicable clients:
   All individual and institutional clients in Vietnam who have signed a Margin Trading Account Agreement with GTJA (Vietnam), currently have outstanding margin loans at GTJA (Vietnam), and request an extension of such loans.
4. Extension fee policy:

• Fee range: 0% – 0.5% of the total outstanding loan value at the time of extension.
• The specific fee level shall be determined in accordance with the Company’s prevailing Service Fee Schedule from time to time.

* Note: The maximum extension period is 90 days per extension.

5. Timing and method of fee collection:
   The extension fee shall be collected together with the accrued margin interest of the preceding loan period.
   The Company will automatically record and deduct both the interest and extension fee from the client’s margin trading account on the contract expiry date, and then proceed with the extension review.
6. Conditions for extension of a Margin Trading Agreement:
   A Margin Trading Agreement may only be extended if, as of the loan expiry date, the client fully satisfies the following conditions:

• The client’s securities trading account is not under special handling or warning status due to violations of the Company’s margin ratio regulations.
• The system has successfully collected the full amount of accrued margin interest and the extension fee from the client’s margin trading account in accordance with Section 5. The extension will not be processed if the account does not have sufficient cash balance to settle these amounts.
