Recently, Guotai Junan Securities (Vietnam), in collaboration with VMP Academy, successfully organized a series of internal business training programs aimed at strengthening management capacity, developing professional sales skills, and progressively building a solid human capital foundation to support the Company’s sustainable growth.

The training series saw the direct participation of the Board of Management together with department heads and management teams.
The training series was systematically designed and closely aligned with the Company’s practical operations, focusing on two key pillars: Sustainable Management Capability (UMM) and Professional Sales Consulting Skills. The programs were delivered with the participation of the Board of Management, management teams, and business staff, ensuring strategic alignment and enhancing the effectiveness of implementation across the entire organization.
Sustainable Management Capability – Strengthening the Leadership Foundation
The Sustainable Management Capability (UMM) program was developed to support the management team in enhancing leadership mindset and managerial capabilities amid an increasingly competitive and volatile financial and securities market.

Participants of the Sustainable Management Capability (UMM) program received certificates upon course completion.
