Guotai Junan Securities (Vietnam) Corporation is pleased to invite your company to participate in the bidding process for our upcoming office design and renovation project. Scope of Work:

1. Design and renovation of the transaction area at P9-10, 1st Floor, Charmvit Building.

2. Interior fit-out of the office space at P16, 10th Floor, Charmvit Building.

3. Replacement of all carpets on the 1st and 10th Floors.

Submission Timeline:

• August 13, 2025: Submit 2D design and company profile.

• August 15, 2025: GTJA (Vietnam) to announce the selected design.

• August 20, 2025: Submit official quotation.

Important Notes:

All documents must be submitted on time to all three email addresses listed below.

Submissions received before or after the deadlines will not be accepted.
