Guotai Junan Securities (Vietnam) and China Mobile International (Vietnam) Company Limited have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on cooperation, marking an important step forward in their collaboration in the fields of finance and information technology.

On April 26, 2024, Guotai Junan Securities (Vietnam) Corp. (“GTJA (Vietnam)”, stock ticker: IVS) and China Mobile International (Vietnam) Company Limited signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation, committing to becoming strategic partners in Vietnam’s financial sector and information technology solutions. Representing GTJA (Vietnam) at the signing ceremony were Mr. Huang Bo – General Director and Mr. Bui Quang Ky – Deputy General Director; representing CMI (Vietnam) was Mr. Nguyen Manh Truc – General Director.

According to the MoU, both parties agree to cooperate based on friendly collaboration, fully leveraging our expertise and international experience. Both sides will work together to become partners in information technology solutions in Vietnam. We will continuously strive to enhance the cooperative ecosystem in the local market and are committed to creating greater value for end-users.

Based on this cooperation, GTJA (Vietnam) will leverage its capability to provide premium financial services along with the international management expertise of Guotai Junan International Holdings. This will be combined with the specialized advantage of CMI (Vietnam) in the field of Information Technology and Telecommunications to develop new business models and explore market opportunities.
