While economic and political events continued to occur intensively during the third quarter, the volatility indexes as well as market trends did not show major changes compared to the previous quarter. This may be because the world has already gone through four years of surprises during Mr. Trump\u2019s first term, and another four years during Mr. Biden\u2019s term to prepare for the shifts in the United States\u2019 approach.
