A series of key infrastructure projects are currently underway to enhance regional connectivity, including the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3, Hanoi Ring Road 4, and the completion of metro lines. These projects will expand urban development spaces, improve accessibility to central areas, and provide strong growth momentum for suburban regions<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif\">Despite these positive factors, <b>pricing barriers remain a challenge,<\/b> as property values have been anchored at a high level, affecting actual market liquidity. As a result, we expect a <b>moderate recovery in the short term<\/b>, with <b>clear differentiation among real estate enterprises<\/b> based on their financial strength and project portfolios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif\">Regarding interest rates, we believe that <b>there is little room for further reductions<\/b>. However, the overall interest rate environment is expected to remain <b>low throughout 2025<\/b>, with only a slight potential increase.
