Sold unit faced similar upward, with more than 11,259 units, +140% YoY and +802% QoQ.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">The credit growth of real estate sector was at 14% ytd, higher than total credit growth at 9.3% ytd.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">Credit to the sector has been limited to avoid asset bubble<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 14px\"><strong>\u00a0Comment<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 14px\">\u00a0The property market is facing strong headwind as the monetary tightening start to take place.
