FROM 10\/05\/2021, GTJA (VIETNAM) DEVELOPED LOC PHAT PRODUCTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
STT<\/strong><\/td>\nCRITERIA<\/strong><\/td>\nPOLICY ONLY<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
1<\/td>\nConditions for registering Loc Phat products<\/td>\n– Customers who open a new securities account, have registered to use the securities margin trading service and have registered with GTJA (Vietnam) for the use of Loc Phat products after opening a trading account (registered according to the form of GTJA (Vietnam)) from May 10, 2021.<\/p>\n

– After being approved by GTJA (Vietnam) , Customers will be able to open sub 03, Loc Phat products are used on this sub 03.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

2<\/td>\nValidity period of Loc Phat products<\/td>\nFrom the time the Customer registers and is approved by GTJA (Vietnam) until:<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 \u00a0 Expiration of the validity period prescribed by the Company.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 \u00a0 Customer actively cancels the service;<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 \u00a0 GTJA (Vietnam) decides to stop (without prior notice) the supply according to the evaluation from time to time, or to expire the limit for the product.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

3<\/td>\nPreferential interest rate: Calculated from the date of disbursement to the next 10 working days,<\/td>\n6.8%\/year<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
4<\/td>\nInterest rates begin to adjust after the 10th working day.<\/td>\n14%\/year<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
5<\/td>\nOther conditions<\/td>\nApplied to GTJA (Vietnam) Securities Margin Trading List issued from time to time<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Note:<\/p>\n

After the 10th working day, if the customer has not paid the loan, the customer will bear the Adjusted Interest rate from the next day on the outstanding balance.<\/p>\n

In case GTJA (Vietnam) changes the policy of Loc Phat Products, the new policy will apply to transactions and disbursements arising after the time GTJA (Vietnam) announces the change.<\/p>\n
