Recently, Guotai Junan Securities (Vietnam), in collaboration with VMP Academy, successfully organized a series of internal business training programs aimed at strengthening management capacity, developing professional sales skills, and progressively building a solid human capital foundation to support the Company\u2019s sustainable growth.<\/span><\/p>\n

The training series saw the direct participation of the Board of Management together with department heads and management teams.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

The training series was systematically designed and closely aligned with the Company\u2019s practical operations, focusing on two key pillars: <\/span>Sustainable Management Capability (UMM)<\/b> and <\/span>Professional Sales Consulting Skills<\/b>. The programs were delivered with the participation of the Board of Management, management teams, and business staff, ensuring strategic alignment and enhancing the effectiveness of implementation across the entire organization.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sustainable Management Capability – Strengthening the Leadership Foundation<\/b><\/p>\n

The Sustainable Management Capability (UMM) program was developed to support the management team in enhancing leadership mindset and managerial capabilities amid an increasingly competitive and volatile financial and securities market.<\/span><\/p>\n

Participants of the Sustainable Management Capability (UMM) program received certificates upon course completion.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n
